Rooster Rojo Blanco is a tequila produced exclusively from Azul agave, typical of the state of Jalisco (Mexico). In the distillery this type of plant arrives already cut into pieces which are oven cooked for 10 minutes. Through a mechanical pressing, they obtain the aguamiel (water and honey), to which yeasts are added in order to begin the fermentation process. After distillation, this tequila is brought to final gradation with artesian well water, that makes it smooth and elegant.
